Grape Varieties: Grenache noir & blanc

Aged: 9 months maceration / soaking

Cultivation: Ecological - harvested by hand

Vineyard: Organic and sustainable

Characteristics: Dark brown color, smooth and elegantly sweet aroma with a slight final bitterness. Balanced herbal notes of thyme, rosemary, sage, anise, fennel and a subtle touch of peppermint.

Winery: Bodegas Masaveu

Region: D.O.P. Sidra de Asturias, Spain

Ingredient: 6 native Asturian apple varietals | Fermented must of 20 apples

Aged: 8 months in stainless steel vats on lees

Alcohol Content: 10% vol.

Cultivation: Harvested by hand

Characteristics: This ice cider presents a brilliant golden hue with copper highlights. The nose is aromatic and inviting, unfolding layers of honey, caramel, and  citrus zest, followed by green apple, quince, and ripe apricot. On the palate, it delivers a luscious 
honeyed sweetness balanced by vibrant acidity,  creating a silky, elegant profile. The finish is fresh and persistent, with a fine, lingering brightness
