Characteristics: Its hue is a lovely straw yellow, on the nose it shows an intoxicating floral bouquet with notes of almonds and honey and filled with ripe fruit aromas. Flavorsome, tender and abundant in taste . Its character, well-balanced with definite sweetness, was forged respecting the terroir and climate.

Characteristics: Pale straw colored, pure with aromas of nectarine, grapefruit and lime with hints of minerals rocks from Katzenthal's granite soils. On the palate the wine is bright and pure with lovely weight and balance and a refreshing, sherbet-like acidity.

Characteristics: Nose of lemon curd, toast, cedar and salted butter. Peaches and apricot bouquet following through to a textured, rich, peach and ginger musk palate. It is all wrapped in stony minerality finishing clean with excellent length.

Characteristics: Yellow colour with green notes. Very clean and bright with flower aromas and sweet fruits, pear, grapefruit skin and vanilla. Velvety taste and good volume. Nice balance between the acidity from the grapefruit, and mandarin skin aroma and the oak. Long lasting and silky.

Characteristics: 

Lemon curd, white peach, grapefruit, flint and slate notes, white floral and oatmeal with some gentle oak aromas by the way of brioche. The palate is juicy, almost quenching. Lots of white peach and a collage of citrus, moreish acidity, together with a mineral lick and a savouriness reminiscent of miso. The mid-palate is weighted, with a structural presence and textural framework.

Characteristics: 

Notes of citrus fruits together stone fruits of nectarine and white peach. Slate and flint, lemon curd, crème brulee, lime splice, roasted hazelnuts, white florals, a lick of sulphides all chime in to play their part. The influence of spicy French oak compliments the generous fruit profile which is tied together with bright and energetic naturally acidity and a textural, creamy finish.
